For a couple of years, it was a resurgence of the old school. A drastic change of life situation reverberated in the paintings in a vibrant explosion of forms and colors. A series of about 20 small format oil painting on canvas of orange, red and yellow.
After a couple of years of bursted colors, the paintings returned to a monochromatic palette: sepia, blue and empty spaces cooling the color of previous years.
The austerity palette -enriched by the previous up-bursting, enhanced the black and white in the new RV series and newsprints drawings, in a unrestricted purity.
